Designed in collaboration with pastry chef Carmine Di Donna, the Truffle Eclair75 mould, through the elegance of the spheres of which it is composed, is designed for the creation of a refined dessert at the plate or a surprising single-portion to decorate, leaving room for the imagination of the pastry chef. A functional plastic cutter is supplied that allows you to create original inserts and/or support bases that fit perfectly to the shapes of the mould.
