Returns & Exchanges Policy
Eligibility Requirements
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of receipt
- Condition: Items must be in original, unused condition
- Packaging: All original packaging and tags must be intact
- Documentation: Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required
- Resalable Condition: Items must be in perfect condition for resale
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Colanders & Food Strainers (due to food contact nature)
- Kitchen Spoons (used for food preparation)
- Butter Dishes (food contact items)
- Any products where original packaging has been opened or seals broken
If you receive a defective item from these categories, please contact us immediately for resolution.
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin the return process, please complete our Return Request Form and email it to our customer service team at [email protected].
Include the following information in your request:

- Order Number and Date
- Contact Information (Email and Phone)
- Items to Return (Product Name, SKU, Quantity)
- Reason for Return
- Preferred Resolution (Refund or Exchange)
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 24 hours during business days (Monday-Friday), you’ll receive:
- Return Authorization Number
- Prepaid shipping label (for defective items only)
- Return instructions and shipping address
Step 3: Package and Ship
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all original accessories and documentation
- Attach the return label provided
- Ship via the recommended carrier
Refund Information
Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item:
- Inspection period: 2-3 business days
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Total time until refund appears in your account: 5-10 business days
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to your card account

Exchange Process

Defective or Damaged Items
