Peugeot is the name behind the very first pepper mill created in 1874, and the original timeless design of that first table top mill is reflected in the curved shape of Bistro. The button knob at the top of the mill can be twisted to control the coarseness of the grind, twist the knob tighter to release a finer grind, and loosen for a coarser grind.
